2. unsalted almonds
3. sugar free Jello
4. sugar free Cream Savers
5. Crystal Lite on the go packets
Almonds, Sugar Free Cream Savers, and Crystal Lite Packets can be kept in your brief case or purse. It's always better to be prepared. The first few weeks can be tricky and the hunger sneaks right up on you. Some of the above options are not allowed during the induction phase.
